Terms of Service

Last updated 3 October 2026 · Applies to Wandrr for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and its widgets

These terms are the agreement between you and CloraTech for using the Wandrr app. By downloading or using Wandrr, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who we are

Wandrr (the "app") is provided by CloraTech ("we", "us", "our"), based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at admin@cloratech.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Wandrr. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding contract with us. If you're using Wandrr on behalf of someone else, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for them.

3. Your licence to use Wandrr

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Wandrr, including its Apple Watch app, widgets and Live Activities, on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in line with these terms and the Apple App Store terms. We keep all rights not expressly granted to you.

4. Your account

You need to sign in with Apple to use Wandrr. You're responsible for keeping access to your Apple ID secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You can delete your account at any time in the app under Settings → Delete Account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Wandrr is free to use for up to two trips. Trips other people share with you count towards that limit; the sample trip does not. Finished and archived trips still count, so deleting a trip is what frees up a place. On the free plan each trip has one destination and each journal entry can hold one photo. If a free account goes over two trips, trips shared with you become view-only until you're back within the limit or upgrade.

A Wandrr Pro subscription adds:

Adding a trip to your calendar and exporting an .ics file are free. The following applies to subscriptions:

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

6. Your content

Wandrr lets you create content such as trips, itineraries, journal entries, budgets, packing lists, idea boards, followed flights and attached photos ("your content"). Your content is yours. It's stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, in your own iCloud account. You're responsible for it, including keeping your own backups. You confirm you have the rights to any photos or material you add to the app. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't hold it on our servers.

When you share a trip or idea board, everyone you invite can see it and, depending on how you share it, change it. You're responsible for what you choose to share and who you share it with, and for having permission to include other people's details, such as names you give to flights you follow.

7. Acceptable use

When using Wandrr, you agree not to:

8. AI features

Some features, such as trip planning, ideas, packing lists, phrasebooks and receipt scanning, use Apple Intelligence to generate suggestions. They are only available on devices and in regions where Apple Intelligence is supported, and Apple may limit how often they can be used. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, so treat suggestions as a starting point, not professional advice. You're responsible for checking anything important, especially travel logistics, bookings, costs, opening times and local requirements, before you rely on it.

9. Third-party services

Wandrr relies on third-party services, including Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple, iCloud, Apple Intelligence, Apple Maps and Apple Weather), RevenueCat for subscriptions, AeroDataBox for flight data, Unsplash and Wikipedia for destination photos, Logostream and Aviasales for airline logos, and Frankfurter for exchange rates. Wandrr also links out to other apps and sites, such as ride-hailing and restaurant booking services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We're not responsible for third-party services or content, including the accuracy of flight information, exchange rates, place details, or images surfaced from external sources.

10. Our intellectual property

Wandrr, including its name, logo, design, themes, text, and software, is owned by CloraTech and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms don't transfer any of those rights to you beyond the licence in section 3.

11. Disclaimers

Wandrr is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific needs. Travel information, suggestions, and place details are provided for convenience and may be inaccurate or out of date. Flight status, gate and timing information, alerts and Safe Landings notifications come from third-party data and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and notifications may not arrive. Always check with your airline and the airport before you travel. You're responsible for your own travel decisions.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloraTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or travel arrangements arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where our liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Termination

You can stop using Wandrr at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the app in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app develops. When we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use Wandrr after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you're a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts. This does not affect your mandatory local consumer protections.
