Same trip, three looks

Plan it day by day, or let AI draft the first pass.

Every day is a photo card carrying its own weather, status chip and highlights, yours to build and rearrange by hand. On Pro, Plan with AI drafts a whole day around your pace and interests, and Get ideas fills the gaps with real places, each one pinned to the map.

  • Six ready-made city templates to start from, free
  • Booking emails and PDFs read for you with Apple Intelligence
  • Multi-city trips and AI planning Pro

Wake up knowing exactly where the day begins.

A gentle timeline walks you from temple to snack street to skyline, with your own notes riding along. The Next up card keeps one eye on what's coming. Directions, a ride, or a table are one tap away.

  • Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze, your choice
  • Uber, Bolt and Lyft with the pickup already filled
  • Works offline. Your plans live on your phone

Spend on gelato, not on guesswork.

Set a budget and watch it breathe. Every espresso, boat day and hotel deposit sorted by category and by day, with what's left always in view. Yen stays yen and pounds stay pounds. Nothing is silently converted.

  • Spending by day, with an "even pace" line to beat
  • Live converter with your own bank rate if you prefer
  • Split costs between travellers and settle up at the end
  • Point the camera at a receipt and it's logged Pro

A little toolkit for every "oh wait, where's my…"

Slide up Trip Tools and it's all there: the budget, places near you, a map of every pinned place, a currency converter, trip ideas, a packing list with quantities, your photos, a wallet for passports and tickets, and a phrasebook that spells out the pronunciation.

  • Starred packing favourites follow you to every trip
  • Every tool is free to fill in yourself
  • AI writes the packing list and phrasebook Pro

Come home with more than photos.

Wandrr builds the keepsake as you go: the plans you actually followed, the notes you scribbled at midnight, the photos in their places. Every finished trip gets a recap of sunsets, stops, kilometres walked and what it all cost.

  • A journal built from your days, not a blank page
  • Steps and distance from Apple Health, read only
  • Every past trip on one shelf in Memories

Type the flight number. Wandrr does the rest.

One field instead of eight. Both airports with map pins, departure and arrival on each airport's own clock, the airline, the aircraft, the terminal. Then Wandrr keeps watching: if the airline quietly moves the flight, your itinerary moves with it and you hear about it before the airport does.

  • Autofill from a flight number, then schedule watch up to six months out Pro
  • Gate, terminal, delays and baggage belt on the Live Activity Pro
  • "Clocks go back 1 hour" and "arrives the next day", in plain words

Autofill from a flight number Pro

Times, airports, terminal and airline filled in for you. Add your seat and boarding time alongside.

Live gate, delay & belt Pro

Each change arrives as a notification, gate number first, and shows under the flight in your day plan.

Schedule watch Pro

Airlines retime flights weeks out. Wandrr spots it and fixes the itinerary, and even warns when the incoming plane is running late.

Travel Day Live Activity

Your day on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with airline logos and a countdown to what's next.

Time zones, sorted

Every leg and plan keeps the local time of the place it happens, so a 07:40 departure means 07:40 there.

Import your bookings

Start a trip from a confirmation email or PDF itinerary, and keep tickets and passports in the trip wallet.

Know they've landed.

Safe Landings New

Follow a flight you're not on, like Mum's trip home or a friend heading your way, and Wandrr tells you when it's delayed, in the air, down or cancelled.

  • Notifications that say whose flight it is. “Mum · BA178 has landed”, with the arrival terminal for the pick-up.
  • On your Lock Screen. A live card from three hours before departure, with a countdown, progress bar and the Dynamic Island.
  • Widget, Siri and Shortcuts. Ask “Has the flight landed?” without opening the app.
  • Follow up to eight flights for family and friends Pro
Safe Landings list showing Mum's flight in the air and Sam & Jo's flight delayed
Editing a followed flight's name and alert level

Three details. That's all it needs.

  1. Add the flight

Open the Safe Landings tab and tap +. Enter the flight number, the day it leaves and who's flying. Wandrr looks up the rest.

  2. Get on with your day

Wandrr watches the flight for you and sends a notification when something changes, led by the name you gave it.

  3. Be there for the pick-up

Open the flight for live times, a countdown to landing, how far along it is and the arrival terminal.

Only what matters.

The same alerts as your own flights, minus the gate and baggage belt, which only matter if you're at the airport. Only want to know they're down? Set Alerts to Landing only. You'll still hear if it's cancelled.

  • Delayed or retimed by a quarter of an hour or more
  • Incoming plane running late often before the airline posts the delay
  • In the air and landed with where they touched down
  • Cancelled always, whatever your alert setting

Good to know

Does the person flying need Wandrr?

No. All you need is their flight number and the day it leaves. Nothing is installed on their phone and their location is never used.

Is Safe Landings free?

Safe Landings is part of Wandrr Pro, along with live status for your own flights, unlimited trips and AI planning. Wandrr itself is free to download and plan with.

How many flights can I follow?

Up to eight at once. Each one leaves the list by itself a day after it lands, or straight away if you tap Stop Following.

How far ahead can I add a flight?

Up to sixty days out. Wandrr starts checking the flight closely in the hours before it leaves.

I got the flight number or day wrong.

Tap ••• on the flight's card and choose Edit. Change the name or alert level, or put in a new number or day and Wandrr looks it up again.

What happens to the details I enter?

The flight and the name you give it are kept on your iPhone. To send alerts, the flight number, times and that name go to our notification service, which deletes them automatically after landing. See the privacy policy.

The day lives on your Lock Screen.

Travel day

On trip days Wandrr steps out of the app. What's happening now, what's next and how long you've got sit in the Dynamic Island and on the Lock Screen, and on your wrist in the Apple Watch Smart Stack.

Now and next

A countdown to the next stop, and a progress bar for the leg you're on.

Journey mode

On a flight or train, the leg underway with its arrival time, in the arrival city's clock.

Evening nudge

When the day wraps, a quiet prompt to add a line to your journal while it's fresh.

Free · Countdown widget included

Leave your phone in your pocket.

A full Apple Watch app on one simple screen. What's next is at the top, with a countdown, the leg you're on or your gate. Scroll down for today's plans in order, then every booking reference, big enough to show at the desk.

  • Tap any plan for the details. Times, place and a map with Directions. Flights and trains get a boarding card with seat, terminal or platform and boarding time.
  • Live gate, delay and belt on your wrist Pro
  • Complications and Smart Stack. A countdown before the trip, then what's next. It rises to the top when a plan is within the hour.

Idea boards

A board is where the "we should go here one day" links go. Everyone drops in places, notes and links. Heart the ones you love, and when two of you heart the same idea it quietly becomes Agreed. One tap copies the agreed pile into a real trip.

Your travels are yours. Full stop.

Wandrr keeps your plans safe. It doesn't sell them, track you or train AI on them.

Safe on every device

Itineraries, budgets, documents and memories live on your iPhone, in your own private iCloud and in Wandrr Cloud, on our servers in the EU. Your travel documents are only ever visible to you, and only the people you invite see a trip you share.

AI that never comes to us

Planning, packing, phrasebooks and reading your booking emails all run through Apple Intelligence, on your iPhone or Apple's Private Cloud Compute. Those requests never reach CloraTech, and your plans are never used to train a model.

No tracking

Wandrr carries no third-party advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs, and builds no profile of where you go or where you sleep. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics either.
